Bought an Audi A3 and the service was outstanding, would highly recommend!

Went to view a Nissan Juke only time we could at dusk for daughter car looked OK apart from a mark on bonnet took it for a short run and car had a noise at slow speed and clutch very stiff, sale person said he would get that sorted and have the car fully tested before we brought it so paid 600 pounds deposit, a couple of days later we told were the car car was ready for delivery so we asked to collect that Saturday as daughter works all week told we couldn't as sales person was off that day so arranged to collect the next Saturday, we arrived and the bonnet had been cut back so hard exposing all the stone chips, the clutch was still not sorted and a dent on the rear that had been hidden by the close parking when we tested the car had been not been addressed and we were told as we had not picked this up when we viewed the car they would not put right. We refused to take the car and did have our deposit refunded,they called us by phone 10.30 Monday morning to say they had put in a new clutch and car was now ready for us, we refused looks like you need to take an expert with you to pick up faults before you buy as these people think it's your fault not picking faults up when you test, not good!!

I agreed a deal and paid the deposit on the understanding it was subject to my vehicles inspection on exchange. No problem I thought as I was very confident in my car and I had done a number of trips as far as Bristol looking for a upgrade. Arriving for the exchange the salesman asked the engineer to take my car for a run and upon his return after no more the 5mins he got out of the car and his words were a bit of noise when coming down into 2nd gear but it should be fine. The salesman fetches his boss to look over the car then he returns to me to tell me that the offer on my car is now reduced by £800 as the gear box will have to be replaced before he can sell it. My own car is still running fine and I still can’t hear any noise what so ever following Keywise diagnosis after a 5min drive and a boss that didn’t even sit in the car. Be aware!!

I visited Keywise cars as I had heard good things from a friend who previously bought her car from them. I arrived and was overwhelmed with the amount of stock on their forecourt, The salesman was not pushy whatsoever and made me at ease and explained various bits to me about the car etc. I purchased a car which was within budget and even lower miles than the car that I initially set out to buy. Will recommend to all and will return for my next car.

I bought my son a Peugeot 207 with 36K miles about 10 months ago with 11 months MOT. When we had the MOT done last week, we discovered it had an ugly 'advisory' ie heavy corrosion underneath for the last 2 years. I was shocked to hear of this and so looked for reviews and found this website; where there were a number of bad reviews for Keywise re: rust etc, As you can imagine, I was alarmed about this and called Keywise immediately where I spoke to Jerry. I am pleased to say that Jerry asked me to bring it in and any repairs that needed doing were done for us. Thank you! I know we paid for the additional 12 months warranty, but TBH, I found Jerry so genuinely polite and very helpful. Needless to say, we know got the car back with a new subframe, mid exhaust and rear coils. The underside looks better and problem solved. However, to ease my curiosity, I checked out MOT history for other cars they have there and it appears that we may have been a bit unlucky with this car, However, this doesn't mean that Keywise did not have a moral duty to my son & I regarding a car fit for purpose; but that they were very willing to correct these faults without a fuss. Great sales team with none of the car dealership pressure ! Would definitely buy a car from keywise cars again as the process was very easy. The car was given a new mot, A valet and was prepared ready within a few days. Thank You Lads
