My new Audi A1 has been fine other than an issue with the wheel that I am currently getting sorted. I'd give my overall experience a 3.5 star, I don't think the heating was working at the dealership, so it was cold! Everyone at the dealership was lovely, though.

We originally went to the dealership to look at the Ford Kugas. Aidan showed us around 2 different Ford Kugas, and we couldn't adjust the seat to where we wanted it in the Ford. We saw the Hyundai Santa FE in front, which he said is for sale. We went for a drive around and decided to buy it. We also went with the 12-month guarantee and are happy we went with the Hyundai in the end. I give it 5 stars for Aidan, he was a great lad and will be going back in the future.

Nikos at Northwest Trade Centre gave us all the relevant information whilst we were buying the Fiat Panda. The only thing stopping me from giving it a 5-star rating is the fact it was an old V5, although he did go above and beyond to get it sorted, and he was honest, so I'd still give a good 4-star.

Absolutely no problems since the purchase. The reason for the new car was that I sold my previous one and wanted a smaller one for myself to get to and from work. My brother went to the dealership for me, it was a swift turnaround, and I got the car on the same day. No complaints.

I was without a car for a while, so getting the Astra has been brilliant. I could not fault anything at the dealership, Jake answered all of our questions that we had and took us for a test drive

We dealt with Nick on the day of the purchase, he was helpful, and we would definitely consider using North West Trade Centre in the future if we were to buy another car. 5 out of 5

I have already recommended the dealership to others. I am very pleased with the Ford Ecosport, Nick was very helpful throughout the purchase. We took the car to our local garage, who did a health check, and they said it was all in good condition.

The Ford S-Max we got from North West Trade Centre has been good, and so was the experience whilst I was there in February.
