The car is fine, no problems at all. I wanted to replace my sons older Panda so got a younger version we found on Auto trader. It came with a three year warranty but I’ve not heard anything about the warranty information, it's been over a month now so would have given higher score. However, Kieran was a very helpful young man, he explained everything. He gave us the keys to go off on a test drive which was nice. I would recommend them.

I was looking online and found the Dacia, thought it looks a good runner so went down there, took it for test drive, right price, it's fine. No paperwork with the car but that's not the dealers fault. I dealt with a young guy and an older guy on the day. The boss man was very professional, matter of fact. They valeted the car so it was ready for me on collection. I would recommend.

Cars is fine, usual teething problems but got that all sorted. I bumbled across the dealer on Autotrader and liked the idea of wandering around looking at the cars so visited both the Preston and the Lancaster sites. I enquired about a Mercedes at the Lancaster site but was told that wasn’t there. The sales guy was helpful, he said he would find out where it is and give me a call back but I didn’t get the call so I felt abit let down. I went back a second time, spoke to Jack and we got the other car we were looking at. The process was smooth and everything went through swimmingly.

The Fiat 500 is great, we love it, it so nice to drive. We have always liked them and kept looking on Autotrader as there were certain things we were looking for like reversing sensor, bigger screen in the middle and the lounge version then one came up at North West Trade Centre. Only thing we were disappointed with is there is no manual with the car and i've chased it several times but they haven’t sorted it. Other than that we have no problem. On the day, they gave us the keys to take the car for a drive and they didn’t sit in with us, no problem. Aiden was helpful.

The engine went on my old car so needed something quick. I was looking around and found a Vauxhall Mokka at North West Trade Centre. The car is going in the garage for a few bits to be sorted under warranty. I would have posted five stars but I’m a still waiting on a new key fob which is on order. The salesperson Mike was not pushy and was very understanding of my situation, really good.

Enjoying the Ford Fiesta, it is a nice car. I can't remember the name of the salesman I dealt with, but he was sound. We had some trouble, as there was no logbook with the car, so we had to go to the post office, although overall it was okay.

The car I originally went for had issues so swapped it for a different car. The people at the dealership were really helpful and nice so nothing negative about them. I got good price for trade in as well. Kieran was brilliant, really great. He was good at his job, genuine and had good customer service, polite and I would recommend to family and friends.

We were quite specific about what car we wanted and needed something big for camping. We looked on Autotrader and North West Trade Centre had one that was available. There was some confusion if the car was available or not and if the Mot had been done. It would have been five stars if not for this problem. We nearly bought elsewhere but John did wonders in getting the car ready for us to test drive & collect the following weekend.

I needed an upgrade and North West Trade Centre had a Peugeot SW, I love it, made up with it. It was good value and a warranty comes with it. I did some research on the reviews beforehand and even though it was a two hour journey on the train I was willing to stick my neck out if customer service is there. I liked the honesty. Stuart picked me up and kept me fully informed, apologising throughout as there was a delay but he bent over backwards to get me the car. The lad who valets the cars did an amazing job aswell.

Very helpful and was not pushy very quick and able to drive away same day.
