Everything’s fine. They are local and convenient. Jeff is a nice man, he did a good job. All round good service, I would recommend.

I saw them online and needed to replace my old car. Jack helped me and sorted everything out. They did the finance for me and it was pretty smooth. When I picked it up there was a scratch on the car and the dealer said they would sort a date when they can do it so Ill chase that but the staff were brilliant, really helpful. They were quick with everything, I would go back in the future.

Really happy with the Fiat 500L from North West Trade Centre, I’d wanted one for some time but couldn’t find one close with a warranty until it came up at North West Trade Centre, I did have a few minor issues but I’m unsure if it was just forgetfulness or not, overall the staff were all very friendly and I’m happy with the car!

I had looked on Autotrader and was originally going for different car but it was having a replacement engine then i saw this one so I went for it. The car was in a different showroom and they moved it to a closer branch for me so I could go and pick it up. The staff were really good, patient. Their communication was good. I needed to make sure the car was in a good condition so they put all new tyres on for me which was nice of them. Good friendly customer service from the get go, nothing was a problem.

Middle of the road

I love my new Audi, it’s a really nice car which suits me down to the ground. We were just out for a ride and I needed a better car for commute. Then we went past the dealership so had a look. I traded mine in and collected it a few weeks later as it needed a few bits and pieces doing. All the work was done on collection and it was nice and clean. I was very pleased. Junaid was really good, no complaints.

I’m so pleased with the car. Few little minor things but its perfect. We got what we wanted, it was spot on and took us about half an hour to sort so I’m very happy. Adam was very good and honest. He tried to sort a couple of things for us but unfortunately it wasn’t possible but nevertheless very pleased with him. There was no false promises. We knew what we were looking for and he said well i've got this and I said yep. Only downside is we have to get a new timing belt but i'm not complaining, We would use them again and i've already recommended them to others.

I originally saw the car on Autotrader so called the dealer to book an appointment. The staff were good. Only downside was some messing around with the logbook slip but in the end they got it sorted. Nathan was alright, he went over everything. They were relaxed, didn’t push you for the sale. Very chilled

The Peugeot I got from North West Trade Centre is really nice. Nathan was spot on all the time. When I went to see the car with the vehicle and everything I asked to be put right was for me to collect the following week. I liked how they kept us updated with everything. I would recommend them.

I was looking online at the time and they had a selection of different cars which dragged me there. They have a standard 10 days to collection hence the score but no issues, car was cleaned and everything. Jack was the salesman and the communication with the staff was good as I was ringing alot in the ten day period and they got back to me even if Jack wasn’t there to help.
