Cannot thank Nathalie McCulley at Parks Renault Coatbridge enough for all her expertise & support with purchasing my new car. I usually get very anxious about things like this, but needn't have worried. Nathalie could not have been more professional, knowledgeable & just all round extremely helpful. No anxiety at all! Customer service was amazing & I'm really chuffed with the car & deal (and extras) I got. Although I live in Motherwell, going forward I know this is the only showroom I'd revisit!
