Huge thanks to Nathalie in Park's Renault Coatbridge for her help with buying a used car. She was very patient with all my questions and answered lots of emails with requested information. The buying of the used car was very smooth and the only piece of information i was not able to find out was who provided the roadside assistance with extended warranty. Nathalie had really good knowledge of sales and was very helpful throughout the 4 day process, following up with a courtesy call a couple of days after buying the car. All very much appreciated!
