They did a really good job at the dealership. The car was immaculate when I went to collect it. They made sure everything was done straight away, so based on that I would give them 5 stars.

The team at car king were fabulous. Nothing was to much trouble. I was able to test drive a few cars and felt reassured with a new MOT and service. The team were very friendly and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend the car king to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

I recently purchased a Mini Paceman from The Car King and had the pleasure of dealing with Adrian. From the very first meeting, he came across as friendly, approachable, and professional, which instantly gave me confidence in the whole process. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but Adrian made sure it was straightforward and easy to understand. The car did need a bit of work before it was ready for collection, and although this took a little longer than first expected, Adrian kept me fully updated every step of the way. He explained what was being done, reassured me that everything would be sorted properly, and even arranged a courtesy car so I wasn’t left stuck without transport. That kind of customer care really stood out to me. I decided to wait a while before leaving this review, just to see how things went once I’d had the car for a bit. As with many used cars, there were a couple of teething issues at the beginning, but what impressed me most was how quickly and efficiently they were dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble, and I always felt that Adrian and the team genuinely cared about making sure I was happy and confident with my purchase. The after-sales service has honestly been second to none. It’s easy to write a glowing review when everything goes perfectly, but I think the real measure of a company is how they look after you when little things crop up afterwards and in that respect, The Car King has been outstanding. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation at all in buying from them again in the future. If you’re looking for a car and want to be treated with respect, honesty, and great service both before and after the sale, I can highly recommend Adrian and the team at The Car King.

Iv been looking for a Nissan x Trail, one owner, with low mileage for approximately a year, on seeing this particular vehicle it looked as if it would fit the requirements and specifications to which I was looking for. I contacted Car King and Aida your salesman confirm the car was available, following an inspection and test drive and discussion with Adia I purchased the car, it was an easy purchase all minor items we rectified and I'm very happy with the car. Adia 5 star, not pushing to sell but allowed us to get the car to our satisfaction. I'm v satisfied with the deal we made in part exchange and although the car purchase was a year older than my trade in it was the car I'd been looking for.
