Just purchased sight unseen as I could not get to them in time for when I needed the car. I purchased car after doing company checks. Car was shipped to me and arrived on date provided and as described. Easy to deal with and would recommend.

The seller is lying about the condition of the car. Provides erroneous information about the additional warranty (I payd 200 pounds). After canceling the additional warranty I never got the money back. They try to blame the buyer, claiming that I watched the car and had a test drive. I will add that I reported the problem with the car the next day after the purchase. The cost of repairing the car was £ 2,500. The authorized service found some serious problems with the car. After many e-mails and two months of huddling around the car dealer, he decided to fix only one fault and I had to pay for the others myself. coolant leaks, a damaged fuel pump, a damaged fly wheel and some others

Thank you for you're review and giving us the chance to respond. We understand buying a used vehicle is stressful so we try our upmost hardest to make this simple and transparent however I am aware of the issues here. Firstly when you viewed the over 120,000 mile Ford Galaxy the flywheel was slightly rattling and we agreed a discount. you then tried to claim on the warranty for a new flywheel and this declined as it had not failed and was only slightly worn. You then went to ford who told you it was not the flywheel and you spend allot of money on other parts. You later came back to us to inform us after spending money at ford the same noise was still present. We agreed to supply and fit a new flywheel at our garage. This resolved this issue. You then failed to collect the car for two weeks. In summery we discounted a car as the flywheel was slightly worn then we ended up replacing it for you after you contacted us after you wasn't happy. The warranty refund was issued to your account on writing this review to you.

Ben Wyatt z Lease Cars Direct Ltd in response to opinions for his needs, he changed or literally lied about the history course of my car purchase from him. When it comes to the return for the guarantee, he wrote that he had just made a transfer, but as I wrote above, he is lying in every respect. I did not get any refund. Despite trying to contact the seller, he does not reply to messages. This seller is a joke. He is a very small local car dealer and apparently has no business other than lying to customers.
