Overall I had a good experience at Arnold Clark, I could do without them trying to throw all the extras at me at the end of the sale but the car was well priced and drives smoothly and that's the important part.

Arnold Clark Perth Motorstore were very good during the whole sale, they kept me up to date with all the finance procedure and let me know in advance when the car would be ready so I could arrange time to pick it up. The car hasn't given me any problems in the 3 months I've had it so I've nothing to complain about really.

There was bodywork issues on the which wasn't I wasn't told about on the day. Getting Arnold Clark Perth Motorstore to fix the problems was a continual hassle which involved me spending a lot of time and money travelling to and from the dealership which was over 60 miles away. They were unwilling to let me have it fixed at an Arnold Clark garage closer to home and it took forever to get a courtesy car (that I had to pay for). Their internal communication was poor as salesman hadn't made the manager aware of my situation when I called which caused further hassle. It's been 3 months of effort and the problems have only just been fixed a week ago.
