The car is okay, I am just waiting for them to deliver a wheel nut to me which was missing when the car was delivered. Other than that everything else was fine.

We love the Mercedes, it's brilliant. We had a Q7 before but wasn’t a massive fan so we searched for the GLE’s and we found one at Autolab UK. It’s the best garage I’ve been to in terms of look and feel. Quick hand over but they rang me the next day to see how everything was and if I had any questions. Zed was really good, we would definitely go to them again.

We always wanted a Defender and went to Autolab UK on a recommendation from a friend. This was the best experience of buying a used car that we have had from start to finish. The owner greeted us when we got there, really relaxed. He took us around a couple of cars, no pressure. There was a delay in us completing on the purchase whilst we decided but Autolab UK didn’t pester us once. When we got the car it was ready, no hold ups whatsoever. Superb, I will recommend.

I’ve bought from Autolab before and they were able to source the car I wanted. Autolab always try tick all the boxes I need regards budget, spec. I told them when I needed it and they delivered on time. Adam was great, he was bang on! I’ve already recommended them to other people who bought cars from there.

I chose to go to Autolab UK as I found they had quite a low interest rate compared to others and when I got there it was quite impressive in terms of how they made it a simple transaction. The process was really smooth and it felt like it was meant to be because of how easy it was. Everything went through fine. All the staff were really nice and friendly.

I wanted a slightly bigger vehicle that was more economical than the previous car I had. I do have a minor issue to do with the active steering assist so I’m having it repaired under the warranty. I saw the car on Autotrader and the advertised price was great and their service plan was really good aswell.

I went to Autolab as they had the Porsche I wanted after checking on Autotrader. They got back quick with communications. It was a quite relaxed transaction, no pressure. The premises looked new, it was good. My only criticism is the offices are on the upper floor but maybe that adds to the sort of relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend to family and friends if they had the vehicle they were looking for.

The guys were fine, they were always on it. When they said they were going to do something they did it. The only thing we are disappointed with and the reason I gave a four star rating is that we had a puncture so went to put the spare wheel on and it’s a really damaged wheel so it needs sorting out.

I came across the dealership on autotrader, I chose them as I was impressed with the great quality of images and the car was the spec and model I was after. I made a long journey up to the dealership to collect the car and when I arrived it was a simple process. There was no messing about, I got the car and off I went. I have been very pleased with it since purchase no problems at all.

The dealership is very impressive, everything is in organised immaculate condition with some very impressive vehicles. The whole transaction was done within around a hour and a half, it was straightforward and easy. The car I got I've been very pleased with had no issues. I did have to chase up more than once for some documentation which I was disappointed about. However I would still give them a 5 star rating as can't knock them for that.
