So far so good with the Mercedes A-Class I got from Concept Car Credit. I did the application online, and then they got in contact with me. The communication at Concept was perfect. I can't remember the name of the person I spoke to, but he was great, and I'd 100% recommend them to others.

My new Ford Kuga was amazing, I think I put my name down online and then received a call out of nowhere. The communication was good throughout the entire process, they were really good to me.

The Skoda Karoq has been good. I was looking online for finance, and then Concept Car Credit rang and said, 'Can I get to Manchester?' so I got the train, and they arranged me a taxi at the station, and the experience buying the car was good.

Enjoying the power with the Audi A4, it's very torquey. In regard to the buying process on the day, it was fantastic, they were kind and helpful, and I've already recommended them to others.

Initially I put my details in online, and it came up with a couple of different dealerships. Concept gave me a call to discuss it. I then went to the dealership, and the salesman was lovely. I would definitely recommend Concept, and the Kia Sportage has been great, I love it and have had no issues ever since the purchase.

Customer service at Concept was brilliant on the day. After the purchase I did have to go back and forth to the dealership due to some issues, but they were helpful, and getting them resolved for me was just a bit of an inconvenience, as I don't live near the dealership, but everything was sorted in the end.

Been getting on alright with the Kia Sportage, with a few issues that I am currently getting sorted. Concept are helping me with that, other than that, everything has been alright.

All good with the Audi A5 that I purchased back in March, I like the car. I would rate my buying experience at Concept Car Credit a five stars.

Sam was the first point of contact, she was great. I was then dealing with someone else who completed the sale. They were both very polite and professional. Based on that, I'd recommend Concept Car Credit to others who are looking to purchase a car.
