The Audi E-Tron is my first electric car And to be honest, I was wary at first. However, after only driving it for a short period, I can already say it won’t be my last electric car. The car was transported to me. They were really accommodating and very helpful throughout. Communication prior to delivery was absolutely spot on, and the car arrived in better condition than I thought it would. Not a negative thing to say about Essex Prestige.

I’m enjoying the Mercede EQCs, it getting on really well. It’s a bit of a shame that the car only came with roughly 3 months of Mot. My experience at the dealership was really good as everything was sorted in just one day. On the day I went and saw the car everything was sorted out.

The guy I dealt with at the Essex Prestige was alright. I only kept the G-Class for a week as it developed a couple issues, the dealership has offered for me to take the car to a garage and diagnose it however I just sold it and got something else. Showroom and professionalism wise Essex Prestige are 5 Star.

Sold me a car in terrible condition. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend at all.

The Volkswagen Amarok I bought from Essex Prestige back in April has been great.

Essex Prestige has been good to me, I’ve had a Range Rover, Mercedes and this Audi E-Tron from them. I'm not keen on the Audi, I rushed and chose it but now I’ve not been driving it too much due to the range on the battery, I think I’ll be swapping it back to Diesel soon. The salesperson I dealt with when getting it was quite good!

The Porsche Taycan is doing good, I have no complaints. I had to wait a bit a bit for the documentation but other than that everything was ok. I liked the look of the car, and it had a good price.

I purchased a Ford Transit from Essex Prestige and have been getting on with the van absolutely fine. The whole experience was plain sailing. They did everything they said they’d do, so I can’t fault them really. I dealt with two members of the team during the process, and they were both very friendly and helpful. One thing that stood out was that I wanted the van the same day, and they made it happen. I couldn’t ask for any more than that.

I fancied a change so the Mercesdes-benz GLB came up through Essex Prestige, which had the specifications I was interested in. It was an informational experience All in all.

Really friendly staff at Essex Prestige. I went to view the car and managed to purchase it within a matter of hours, so it was good. I’ve been with them before, so I knew what to expect. It was a nice chat with the staff, it felt like you were talking to a friend whilst being professional.
