I regretfully bought a bmw car from them & it looked nice but was a totally different story as after only 3 days the exhaust started blowing really loud & is costing me over a thousand pound to get fixed! 😡 when we rang they said it was sold as seen because they got it as a part exchange car & it was all on us now! Not helpful in the slightest, Infact he was very rude! Don’t fall for the bull “We’ve had loads of phone calls today people wanting this car” like he said to me coz that’s just to make you buy it! Take your money elsewhere coz these clearly can’t be trusted. Liberty takers to say the very least! Fummimg!

paid a deposit for an audi by card next day they withdrew the car from sale said the engine management lig`ht had come on when asked for a refund for deposit they said the person that does that isnt here, rang back later they now claim they dont no how to do a refund, but wanted all my bank details and might be able to do a transfer which I thankfully didnt give them I got my friend to call them about the car next day and car was still for sale and happy to take deposit. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS, LIARS AND CHEATS THE MAN WE DEALT WITH WAS CALLED JOE. THEY THINK THEY HAVE GOT AWAY WITH IT BUT WE WILL SEE dont know how people live like that it must be stressful or maybe they are a different breed altogether and have no morals.

As someone who purchased a vehicle from them (Almost £11,000), their cars may look shiny and appealing on the eye, making you wish to purchase the perfect vehicle from them. However, upon receiving your vehicle and taking it home within approximately a few days you will notice that there are various problems with the car. This will only stress you once you confide in them of your problems in which they will account for none of it! All they will do is pull out papers and say they done theor checks and it's aall on you as you have bought the car of them! Please save your money and find another car dealership with honesty and integrity as this dealer will only leave you in deep regret. In my experience this dealership will say anything to make you buy their car to be another car sold. Not what you want, trust me. Save your money and find a much better dealership. Be smart & be safe!

I called the guy to view a car I liked, upon arrival he was promptly rude arriving in his Mercedes gesturing me to go to him like a dog. I brushed this off and went to view the car I had in mind. I checked out the car to see it wasn't as described (electrical fault after diagnostic scan) and masking tape was left on the driver door from a recent repair which I asked him about. He then turned very nasty saying its not a new car and I should go to the dealership directly if I want something better!! I didin't expect it to be perfect, I just wanted an honest answer but his unprofessionalism and rudeness just came through. NO WAY would I leave money with him or his business nor would I recommend the business to anyone looking for a new car. Not to mention the lack of mask/gloves- protection with the fully functional open showroom during the government lockdown! All in all the worst place to visit full of dishonesty and lack of respect. They didin't even sell me a car and managed to be rude I do not want to think what would happen after I purchased vehicle from them and have any issue with it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Brought a Range Rover sport After being informed it had 3previous owners it actually has 6! Brake fluid pipe is rusty and leaky(been told by garage it’s wear and tear) No advisory’s on mot even tho brake pipe is a advisory and there’s a crack in windscreen Drove car 3miles and key battery light came on and had to purchase 2x key battery’s from Land Rover The owner/person called joe is a lier and two faced...nice when your buying but useless when complaining Car in restricted performance(garage offered to fix but only at there garage)no where else and after seeing the mot and previous work would you let them?? Please avoid terrible terrible garage full of liers
