From start to finish the experience has been great, the guys were all professional, efficient and helpful. Honestly have no complaints. I have had the car for almost 3 weeks now and it has been absolutely spot-on. I am happy with it, and hope it continues that way. I would highly recommend and look into this dealer again for future purchases.

It was a really smooth process at the dealership, the staff were polite, friendly and helped if I needed. There wasn't any pressure on the purchase which made it more enjoyable, it was cleaned spotlessly for me before I left with it and I don't have any concerns or complaints. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been enjoying the Ford Fiesta, and the customer service was good when I was buying the car.

I thought the salesman was really helpful, and ever since buying the Ford Kuga it has not had any problems. I am going to Highly recommend this dealership to my friend who is looking to buy a car.

I will start off by saying that the team at Hearsall Common Cars are really nice and friendly people. There were a few things I would have hoped for, the A/C was not gassed, and when I came to collect the car it was not ready to be test driven as the battery was dead. I would still give a three-star rating because they were nice people to deal with.
