I initially had a few teething problems when I first bought my Ford Mondeo which turned out to be the timing belt. I returned the car to the dealership and they replaced it for me — I’m happy to say it’s been running fine ever since. I’ve dealt with Ben who’s been really helpful and I honestly can’t fault him at all. Even though I had some issues at the start, I really can’t complain as they worked with me to get everything resolved. Overall I’m very happy with how everything’s turned out and the aftersales support's been great.

I don't usually buy blind, but I did with this car, and I have to say that Ben was great, the car is exactly as it was described, and when I took delivery, it was immaculate. I was upsold a warranty, and I’m glad I took it out, as it seems to be really good. I’ve had a slight issue with the car, but I'm already getting it sorted through the dealership, so all is good! Ben was brilliant throughout the whole process, and I’m already looking into buying my next car through him!
