The Tesla Model Y I recently bought from LMC has been fine, and I'd give my experience at LMC five stars.

I went to LMC as they had the car I wanted and their reviews online were ok so I decided to give it go. Four stars as they forgot to put the charging cable in the boot so I had to chase. I found it a quick process, very swift.

The car had everything it needed for my niece and they are local which save me a long trip to another dealer we were looking at. Really nice staff, helpful, they weren’t pushy at all. It was quite a pleasant experience. Ali was really polite, let me look around the car, didn’t feel under pressure in any way.

My experience with LMC was good. There were a couple of things I didn’t notice when I bought it, the dash cam was not working however it was covered by tesla warranty, and they had left the passenger lumbar support button in the glove box. The car cabin filters were not changed during service, and I’m not sure the rest of the car was serviced. Other than those little things everything looks ok

The Tesla Model 3 is the best car I have ever had. The service was amazing and the whole sale process was very easy. When the made a small mistake and forgot the charging cable from the car, they sent to me right away.

I first saw my VW on autotrader and submitted a text via the website to make enquiries regarding the keys and service history. They came back to me immediately with the information and I made an appointment to view. I arrived at the site and met Ali Ahmed who showed me to the car and allowed me time on my own to have a detailed look around. We met up again and he answered the questions I had and showed good knowledge of the VW range in general and this model in particular. We were not put under any pressure at all and once we had decided to buy I put a deposit on the car which I was told was non-refundable. I arranged to collect the vehicle on the following day and he arranged for it to be serviced, mot’d and cleaned. The car was ready to take away when we arrived and Ali even printed off copies of the electronic versions on the previous service history and provided a copy of the EV battery health check. I opted not to take out the extended warranty but had piece of mind that the car came with a 3 month warranty. I did have cause to contact Ali the following day to ask some questions relating to the operation of the car as I was unfamiliar with it and he was available and answered them over the phone. All in all a first class positive experience thanks to Ali’s non pressurised sales technique, his knowledge of the car he was selling and the cleanliness of the site. By comparison, I contacted a VW main dealer by text at the same time as I enquired about this vehicle and I’m still waiting for them to contact me 3 weeks later!

Service great throughout and car fantastic. Realised just as I was going to drive away that there were no floor mats in foot well, no drivers manual/book and that there was no boot cover- guessing this was kept by previous owner but either way, would be nice if LMC advised of this rather than me noticing and having to purchase separately. Was also told that id be emailed manual but this never happened. One wheel also missed dust cap which was replaced instantly. Good overall but these things should be taken into consideration.
