bought fiat 500 from Gareth, advertised full service history 1 month later still nothing from this less than honest man,had suspension issue fair enough the garage tony selectd looked at car replaced drop links but no improvement so was told we cannot find the problem after day and a half with mechanics. I took car elsewhere 20 minutes problem identified as top mounts.Had enough of there lies so sent recorded delivery to ask for refund, the dealer refused to sign and told postman to return to sender. My advise to anyone looki g to buy a car DON,T GO NEAR LUXE MOTOR GROUP!!!

BUYER BEWARE Worst experience ever. I purchased a car from this place, just under 11 thousand pounds, they stated it had been given a full service in house by them, that it had 3 previous owners and that the car had a full service history. I asked multiple times to be shown all of the paperwork for the vehicle, however was never shown the V5C and only a brief service history. Everything out of their mouths was a pack of lies, they stated they could not show me the full service history as audi does it all online now and I would have to contact audi to send me the full service history so I did and there was no services recorded after 2018 despite their claims that the car has a full service history. The car did not have a full service history and I wouldn't have bought it had I known so they lied about this. Second lie they told me was they had done a full service on the car whilst it had been with them and that they would send me the service receipt, I called up numerous times asking for this receipt to be sent to me only to be told that they didn't have it yet or the person i needed to speak to was out of the office, even a month and a half later they still didn't have it so I took the car to my local garage to have it serviced and they advised afterwards that the car HAD NOT been serviced for quite a while. When i received the V5C five weeks later might I add, surprise surprise the car hadn't had three previous owners, it had had five previous owners, yet again had I known this I would never have bought this car or paid so much money for it. They fraudulently mis represented the truth about the vehicle they sold and misled me into purchasing a vehicle that even when I asked to return they wouldn't accept it back, we told them we would be reporting them to trading standards and they agreed to pay for a full audi service on the car, we were told to email the owner of the company with our complaint stating that they had agreed to pay for a full audi service, yet when we emailed and then contacted them afterwards about paying for this we were ignored. This is a warning to any persons looking at buying a car from these people, they are running a fraudulent business and mis sell their vehicles. Trading Standards and the HMRC have been made aware of this companies dealings. You have been warned by someone who has experienced their deceit first hand.
