I was in a rush to get a diagnostics done on my car, I came across the garage while looking online. They weren't to far away from myself and they were able to get me booked in quickly. I had to get glow plugs and an electric water pump fitted. Everything got done within a week and since having my car back everything has been perfect, no following issues. I am happy with the work that has been done.

The lady on reception was brilliant! She was lovely to talk to and made everything clear. I was very impressed overall, as this place is just what you want in a garage. Super simple to get booked in, kept updated throughout everything that was being done. I got called to tell me when it was ready and when to collect. I haven’t had any further issues since having the car back. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. Very well done to the whole team of staff who clearly work hard to do what they do.

I have used Medlicott a fair few times now for different things. I recently had an MOT and tyre change, all went well. James is always very helpful and gets me booked in within a reasonable timeframe. I have noticed an issue with my gears sticking, however I am going to give him a call and I am sure that they will help me out. I am giving Medlicott a 5 out of 5. I believe they are one of the most trustworthy garages in the area.

I felt now would be a good time to write a review for Medlicott, as I have just taken the vehicle on the longest drive it has been on since having the issue fixed, and it went perfectly. The light that kept coming on stayed off, and the drive was smooth. I came across Medlicott when I saw a post in a local Facebook group. It mentioned that Medlicott Motors specialised in Mercedes. Soon after seeing this post, a recurring issue I had came up which Mercedes themselves hadn’t been able to fix. I took it to this place, and they explained everything to me and fixed the issue in no time. Hopefully, I won’t have to go back, but if I ever have any other issues, I know where I would go now. I have also referred a few people to them who have had similar issues, as I thought they had done such a good job.

5 .Traced sensor problems to a faulty bearing. All fixed

I recently took my Citroen C1 for an MOT at the start of august and had the suspension arm replaced. I was happy with the timescale, and all the work was completed, so I have no complaints.

I had a good experience at Medlicott, and it was spot on. I am pleased with how it all went and will be taking it back there when the MOT is due.

5. Very clear on what work was carried out and what the diagnosis was. They gave multiple quotes depending on what the findings might have been so I had an idea what to expect in terms of costs. Very fair prices and very professional. Good communication too.
