This is my 4th car from Reynolds Motor Group, I've had a Land Rover, a Mer this car and also bought a Fiat 500 for my partner and I will be going back there in the future. Grant the salesman is very good, he's friendly. knowledgeable and gets stuff sorted if something happened he gets it all done and really quickly too.

The car is back with Reynolds at the moment, because I had the engine light come up the day I drove it away, and they've just managed to get it back and have a look at it, It was I held it up because I needed a courtesy car as I don't live locally but as soon as they have one available they got me in. Harrison the salesman he was amazing! When I initially called him to let him know about the engine light he constantly kept in touch and advising me. Honestly, I'm so very very happy!

We are really pleased with our VW Sharan from Reynolds, it's a really good deal these cars are usually used as cab's. s the low mileage of this vehicle really was the selling point for me. It was a good experience buying from this dealership the salesman Harrison was a nice guy as well as being knowledgeable - the only problem was he was a West Ham fan! They offered a warranty which was reassuring, they serviced the vehicle and there was some squeaks they got checked for us. They didn't just sell a car to us, they did look after us throughout.

The guys were lovely at Reynolds Motors however I went to sell the car as I lost interest. Other than that, the experience with the dealership was good and couldn’t fault them in any area.

My daughters purchased from Reynolds and they had a good experience. I managed to get it all done at a time convenient for myself which I thought it was good. Fast service overall. It was Jess that we dealt with and he was fab.

Customer service is Top notch at Reynolds. We were left for a test drive and there was low pressure, just the way I like it to be honest. My daughter is loving the ford focus and every time she uses it, she is smiling. Definitely Will let people know about Reynolds Motor Group.

The Jaguar XE ticked the boxes. Connor’s service was alright and responding to my messages all the time which always helps. The only thing I would say is that it took 10 days waiting to receive the vehicle, so I believe there a was a delay.

Reynolds have been very good and potentially one of the best dealerships I’ve ever been too, 100% definitely recommend! The communication was immediate and everything got done in dusted so I could take it home when I was ready.
