Maintenance wise, I couldn’t have found a better car. I did have to clean the exhaust pipe as it was black and suttee which I was disappointed with and the few scratches on the body work to which I did email Gary about. Apart from that, it’s a top of the range VW with a lovely color.

Loving for Ford Ranger, the shape and the obsidian tires are lovely. I was looking online then messaged a guy called Gary at Phantom, I thought he was just a nice guy and looked after me. Good experience, all the lads were really good and even offered me a coffee.

I ended up having issues with my old car, so I needed a replacement. I knew some family friends who brought from them before and ended up having a look. I liked the look of the Mercedes, and I enjoyed my experience with Phantom. I felt very looked after and kept me all update with the process, it was great.

Fautless

I saw the Land Rover Sport on Autotrader and bought from Phantom because it was the only car I could find with particular spec I was after. They had to do some work to the car unexpectedly which made me wait a few more hours but it wasn’t a problem. Currently, I do have a dpf issue that I’m having looked at by the warranty company at my local garage but I would recommend Phantom Motor Company.

I’ve had my current car for 6 years and I’ve ended changing over at Phantom, the Range Rover Sport is alright. This is the first time I’ve used them, there have been a few issues while purchasing and servicing. They haven’t been the quickest in replying as Im still waiting to hear back on the missing locking wheel nut and the service light that came on. I had to drive 5 hours to get to Phantom and then wait another 2 hours to pick up the car. The preparation was not as great as expected when I arrived. There were a few issues at the dealership with the car initially but they were resolved on the spot. To be fair my time at the dealership ok, Longin and the guys were helpful and very polite.

We needed a replacement car as the fan heater went on the previous car during the coldest days and had no choice to get another. We wanted an electric car with a tow bar and found the MG at Phantom Motors so we had a look and were very happy with it so we bought it. It’s the first electric car we’ve ever owned and absolutely loving it, nice and quiet. Couple of little issues ive found but nothing that can't be resolved but the car is good. The car is under warranty but they won't do repairs as there was no service history. Also, I wish id known before I took out a service plan that it if I took the service plan with MG, it would have extended the warranty but this is no detriment to the Phantom Motors. The dealers customer service is fantastic. They were very accommodation and answered all of our questions. Fabulous.

My previous Land Rover was getting old so I wanted to get a newer one. I had a good look around on Autotrader and went to Phantom Motor Company. I would have given a higher score if they had dealt with enquires quicker, always too busy but their cars were well presented and Chelsea was good.

The Mercedes is getting on fine; it was an upgrade from my other car which was just getting a bit old. They were good at Phantom; all staff were friendly.
