Very friendly chaps had a good laugh with them and their light hearted approach made it all more exciting. It was very chilled out, I could take my time viewing the car, and they didn't use any pushy sales tactics on me. My BMW was my first purchase from Reynolds, and to say I am impressed is an understatement. They were absolutely fantastic during the purchase and made the transaction so streamline. When I bought the car it was on Christmas Eve so as you can imagine they were very busy. During the viewing they pointed out how a motor in the boot had gone, so if I did want to buy the car, they would fix the motor for me in the new year. That is exactly what they did, they have my car booked as we speak and are fixing it for me free of charge. This is the first dealership that I have come across, that actually keep to their word. They have gained my trust by showing how courteous they are and for that I would happily recommend to others, and will definitely be returning for my new purchase in the future. I can't wait to get my car back, it is so much fun to drive.

My wife is absolutely loving the car, says its great to drive and I've had no complaints from her up to now, so it must be going well. In regards to the customer service, they were brilliant. Everybody was so helpful and really went our of their way to accommodate. The Peugeot is in great condition, and if it was good enough to impress my wife, then it was surely immaculate... 😂 Reynolds have done themselves proud and are a great dealership, I left a very happy customer.

Reynolds Motor Group are fabulous, they fixed me up with a great deal and really looked after me during the purchase. All of the guys there were so friendly and helpful. Even after the sale had been finalised they really look after their customers and make you feel very valued. I had a slight issue... the badge fell off of my car, however, I rang Reynolds and discussed this issue, they got the car back in straight away and fixed it free of charge. This was a huge relief, they took the stress off of my shoulders, I am over the moon with their service and would be more than happy to purchase from there again.
