My partner took his Tiguan into Warrington Volkwagen for an oil change to be told that other works were necessary pushing the cost above £800. My partner agreed for the work to be carried out and a completion time was discussed to be in collected in the afternoon of that day To ensure the car would be ready my partner said he would leave the car overnight and collect first thing in the morning. On arrival of the wed morning he was told the car was not ready the mechanic was awaiting delivery of shock absorbers as this product was missed off the tue delivery. He was then told early afternoon his car would be ready. Having not received any COURTESY CALLS giving an update we assumed all was ok. At 3pm my partner decided to ring VW for an update to be told the part was still with the courier and the arrival time for the part was outside of VW control. No assurance has been given that the vehicle will be ready today. Surely it is not good customer service to take on extra works without first knowing that you have the ability to fulfill.

I'm very happy with my new car purchase the whole process was very good from start to finish. The staff at Warrington Volkswagen were very friendly and professional and there was no pressure as there is in some dealerships. In particular I would like to thank Josh Hines for explaining every aspect in laymans terms and his pleasant manner throughout.

Spent over £300 on car service at Warrington Volkwagen - changed oil, changed pollen filter, changed spark plugs. Brakes of car squealing from driving out of garage and all the way home. This would have been obvious if car road tested. Too many front of house staff "swanning" around. Only interested in how many stars for smiley faces. Would be better concentrating on value for money of actual car servicing. Very disappointed.

I would just like to say how impressed I was with Josh at Volkwagen Warrington. Nothing was too much trouble. As well as being extremely helpful without being overbearing, Josh had a lovely friendly manner and cheeky sense of humour. He is an absolute credit to VW, as is the car I purchased.

This morning at 8am I locked the keys in my car on their forecourt ,if you have ever done that you feel very silly and useless ,JAMES RAFFERTY took control and sorted out the situation working with an assortment of improvised tools to gain access ,in no time I was on my way ,THANK YOU JAMES
