Everything went smoothly and the car is great so far.

There are a couple of minor things I need to get looked at. The revs seem to go quite high when setting off or sitting in traffic, but aside from that, everything’s been fine. Adam the salesman, he was great throughout the process and made everything easy. I love my car.

I'd rate a 5. Service was quick, friendly and reassuring. I couldn't be happier with my car or the service I recieved. the young lady, Miss Sculley? I think it was. She was very helpful and being a first time buyer she made me feel at ease, great sales person 👌

Everything is working fine with my Golf and I'm really enjoying it. The service service was good and the communication throughout was good, which meant we got a good deal done.

I travelled from Glasgow to collect the car, which was similar to my present car and on sale with low mileage and at an affordable price. On collecting the car it had only 8miles of fuel left in the tank. I felt the dealership was penny pinching and given the purchase price they could have put a minimum amount of fuel in the tank. On collecting the car it was parked up a lane and it took a number of attempts to get it out. I feel the dealership could have an allocated space for new owners to collect their car. A sale should be celebrated rather than seen as just another transaction. A little more attention to detail on that front would’ve be appreciated by people buying cars. The warranty was also brought up a few times and felt a bit like a hard sell despite being told I wasn't interested, which wasn't ideal. Overall I knew what car I wanted and as I've had a VW Passat before I knew what I was looking for and buying.

The car is lovely and such a nice car. All of the staff were brilliant and polite, even the ones I wasn't dealing with directly. Jak was the salesman who guided me through the process. It was a really good company and I would have given it a 5, but I don't believe the car care I paid for was applied, so it will be 4 stars.

5, really easy to deal with helpfull, straightforward, honest and I'm very happy with my new car.
