I have bought from Nuneaton a few times in the past, and they have become a trusted dealership for me. I test drove a few different cars this time, and although I thought I’d be happy with the one I chose, I ended up not liking it. The staff were completely understanding and not impatient at all. They genuinely wanted to make sure I found the car that was right for me. I didn’t feel rushed at any point. I was allowed to take my time and find the one that suited me, which I really appreciated. I could tell they truly care about the customer experience, and that gives me confidence to buy from them again. I would definitely return in the future. All of the staff are brilliant. I’m very pleased with the vehicle I chose in the end and there is nothing I can fault. Thank you to the whole team!

Charlotte and Jack both helped with the transaction. I dealt with Charlotte initially, and she was very helpful and not pushy at all. Jack then helped with all the paperwork and the final stages of the sale. He was also very polite and helpful. It was a speedy process, and I didn’t feel like it was dragged out or that I was waiting around for too long. I absolutely love my new car. It is my main form of transportation, and I use it every day with no issues at all. Everything is running as it should be. I did feel the inside of the car could have been a little cleaner, as there was a slightly odd smell, but I cannot fault the service or the car overall. I am a very, very happy customer.

It did feel a bit daunting at first to go to a dealership for the first time without a partner, but it turned out to be a very enjoyable experience. I felt very welcomed and all the staff were friendly. There was no pressure or pushiness from anyone. I’m really pleased with my choice of vehicle, it is lovely. Bought the vehicle to sell on, and we have actually already sold it. No issues with it at all it was a really good car. Worked with Doug for this transaction, he was really helpful, provided good customer service, it was a easy straight forward process, no hassle at all, couldn't give anything less than a 5 stars.

No pressure from the dealership at all, I've been car shopping for a couple of months but after my car died, I needed one urgently. I came across the Skoda Scala at Nuneaton and it was exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I noticed was a chip in the window on my way home but otherwise, the car is in good condition.

To be honest other than the brakes making a squeaking noise, which I'm not sure if it's an issue or not, the car has been alright. Jak was also a good salesman.
