Terrible customer service. Currently 12 people waiting too be seen or shown cars and all staff are sat around talking or on mobile phones completely disinterested. Wouldn't recommend even if it was a last resort for a car.

Waited there for 3 hours while they identified fault ordered part waited 3 weeks taken car back in ordered or sent wrong part, now have to wait for correct part.

I have bought 2 new cars from this company without problems so when my so wanted to buy a decent second hand fiesta titanium x model, he found the car he wanted and arranged for their move it scheme to bring it closer. He paid £200 to do this in advance. It was supposed to take 5-10 days but over a month later the car had not appeared. Then he had a message saying the car was probably there but ' it's a big site and we can't find it'. Finally he was told yesterday that the car ' has a fault and we can't sell it'. Really?? How stupid do they think we are? They have either sold it accidentally ( which given the effectiveness of their systems is probably possible) or sold it on purpose to a staff member or relative- it was a low mileage high spec car. Either way I am disgusted - not only have they lost a sale from my son but when I change in my car at the end of the year- I certainly will not use this inept unprofessional dealership again. Very very poor.

Sold my car to Evans Halshaw/ sell your car / pendragon. The 3 names they go by. 3 1/2 weeks later they still haven’t settled the finance after taking my car and over 5k. I’ve have more payments taken from my account and they won’t give me a straight answer. I’ll be contacting the financial ombudsman.

I purchased a car from Evans Halshaw Ford in Walsall which had not been valeting no going through the vehicle once handed over the car had chipped windscreen not being checked til complaints were made and then the manager agreed and trying to resolve which is disgusted.

Had a used car transferred from another area. went down to pay for the car, Dealer was ok but i did not trust him. Avoiding all the usual extras BS they throw at you i was still landed with a Vehicle Admin fee of £82 + even had fees to use the credit card to pay for the car, An additional near on £100!. now its booked in for reverse sensors & guess what they want to give it a free health check which you know is going to result in unnecessary work. These people just never give it a rest. I cant wait to get these sensors fitted & walk away from Evans Halshaw & never return.

Went in to purchase a car as mine had broken down. The car was not perfect, and had marks and a few scratches, but it wasn't a new car and they explained how evans halshaw will spend their time and money on getting the car up to their standard mechanically rather than cosmetically, so I can be sure the car is running 100%. Richard asked his manager if we could buy the 2 year warranty rather than the usual 1 year one they offer on the runabouts, and this was fine, we also had the paint work protection which we really thinks helps us keep the car looking clean. I would highly recommend evans halshaw (ask for Richard!)

Dealer didn't return any phone calls. Reception lady was rude and had no knowledge of any vehicle

This Evans Halshaw branch in Walsall dont return calls. Wouldnt give a monkeys about wasting yours (maybe your kids and babysitters) time. Gutted - car was treble filthy :-( another day wasted!
