I wish I could give Golden Motors 0 STARS. I cannot stress enough how awful this pathetic excuse of a car dealership is. I can't even comprehend how companies like this are still legally in business. The cars they have are absolute filth and will break down within days and they respond with a disgusting customer service. Me and my family bought an Audi that came with problems with the locking system, only for Joe to respond with "that's a minor issue" which we had to sort later with a different garage. Upon our journey to Manchester for my graduation the car broke down 20 minutes onto the road, couldn't drive beyond 60mph on the motorway. Took us hours to drive the car back to Golden Motors in upset to Joe who was clearly annoyed that we've brought the car back and refused for us to loan one of their cars while they repair the faults on this car's engine. 8 minutes on journey to Enterprise car rental, Joe kicks us out of the car and says he "can't take us any farther" leaving a family of 4 with suitcases and bags on the side of the road to get to this car rental we had now paid hundreds for. Absolutely disgusting customer service and no remorse or responsibility whatsoever for what had just happened to us. Joe didn't apologise or offer any help to the situation he stood then a shrugged. He was even doubtful about the car needing a repair anyway despite AA had to tow us. Weeks go by with Joe being unresponsive on the update of the car and the rest of Golden Motors redirecting us because Joe was the one on our purchase, we finally get the car back only for it to break down AGAIN en route to Bristol. The car could not embark long distance journeys and multiple problems kept arising with the engine despite already visiting Golden Motors' garage. To me it looked like they did piss all to fix the engine because the exact same problem occurred. At this point we had the car serviced at a different garage we knew, and are claiming it back on warranty. GOLDEN MOTORS ARE FRAUDS. This is a shady family run business with no knowledge or responsibility of salesmanship and client customer service. They sell you faulty cars and then fail to claim responsibility and to professionally repair the problems when you bring it back to them. I cannot tell you how much stress, money, and upset these appalling people have caused upon myself and my family. I only wish someone could have warned us. Take this review as your red light.

I came to Golden Motors because of the services they provided as a company and the customer service provided. I was interested in the vehicle they had for sale and they helped me attain finance for the vehicle at a competitive rate along with the cleanliness of the vehicle itself, I was blown away. I purchased the vehicle with simplicity and a clear understanding of what the finance entails and purchased along with the vehicle an extended warranty at a reasonable price. The car was very clean inside and outside and clearly looked after well by the company. I was also provided with a 12 month AA breakdown cover and was easily able to change the tyres of the vehicle at the showroom thanks to the tyre shop they have available. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car and will definitely be coming back when I want to upgrade.

Golden Motors is a big company run by a good family. Proper nice cars and clean showroom with a proper office. Great experience altogether

Financed my car and Golden Motors were lovely very helpful the finance ppl paid them then they said they don’t have the log book so not even drove my car having to wait for log book to tax car very unhappy.

I came into Golden Motors looking to part ex a car I’ve had, they offered me a good deal on my car and provided me with 6 months warranty and a year breakdown cover on my new car. Excellent service from start to finish. The car was spotless.

I bought a BMW from Golden Motors, in one week car didn't turn on, took the car back to them. But they refused to sort the problem! They said you bought the car as seen!! No warranty!
