I love my new Tiguan. I was at another dealership but the car wasn’t right so I went to Junction 17 to see what they got and they had the car I wanted. Car drives alright, does what I need it to do. Everything was explained apart from the settlement process due on my car. We were well looked after, offered tea and coffee, couldn’t faulty the customer service. Facilities available, site was clean, staff were friendly and helpful enough. I like the old school way of dealing with things, shirt and tie and they presented themselves really well. No bad vibes about the place.

Im happy with the Mercedes, it just needs a little checkup with the dealership but apart from that cars ok. I saw it online and it was the specific car I was looking for, took it for a test drive, sorted it there and then. The staff were good as gold.

Going great with the BMW, had it month and its fantastic. Love the colour. I wasn’t sure at first what I wanted but after seeing the car in person I changed my mind. Mostly dealt with James, spent a lot time with me but all the staff are good. Arranging the finance was easy, all in all there a few hours.

My finance company showed me the vehicle online. I had the car moved to a closer branch. The staff were pleasant and they gave me internet access to send some emails whilst I waited for it to be valeted. The guy that dealt with me knew his stuff, very friendly, helpful.

Experience was very good on the day. Lovely showroom. They were just very kind people, very welcoming. The car had to go back for some attention as agreed with the salesman, apart from that I’m very happy with the car. Its my first time using them and I would return if they had the car I was after.

Going well with the Seat I chose. My experience was a bit rough. I went there originally for a Cupra and on the way to collect the dealership said the car has gone for inspection and issue with gearbox. I saw another car on site but it wasn’t the right model they said it was. I went with it anyway because of the spec and preferred it in person to the original one. I had to go back the next day as it wasn’t able to take it away but it was all done in the next day. Problems trying to organise the delivery so came to collect, waited a couple of hours to drive away. Straight forward doing the paperwork on collection.

Going good, the Porsche Panamera is a nice car. I was looking for the lowest mileage Porsche. This one was a bit more expensive than others but it’s a nice car with good service history. Leonardo was a really nice guy but I felt like the car wasn’t ready for me on collection as it was being valeted so had to wait a bit. The staff were pushing the warranty abit on me but I did take one out. I did reach out to aftercare about the figures we agreed but I’ve not heard back. I would buy from them again if they get the aftercare right but overall it wasn’t a bad experience.
