Its going good with the car but had to get few things sorted myself. I originally wanted the car delivered but it was difficult to arrange so collected it myself due to timeframe. No v5 logbook with the car which I resolved on the day. Process felt longer than needed to be and I was chasing at times but the staff were alright with us, they answered my questions and dealt with queries.

I found it a good process. They were efficient, informative on the warranty. Sale staff were perfect. It took a week to collect and the car was perfect when I went to pick it up. Noticed a few things when we saw the car initially but they got them sorted ready for us so I would use them again.

Easy quick process. I'd heard good reviews from other people so went there. Jack was great. He made sure the car was sorted before collection. Everything was well communicated.

I’m getting on fine with the car, no problems that I’m aware of. I like the Freelanders and I can't stand potholes and bumps. I had searched various ones online and seen it. I checked the history and came down to see it. Sales man was great, wasn’t pushy. It was a week to collection and the car was clean enough for me.

I was deciding between Volkswagen, SKODA or DACIA but settled on a Polo from this dealership as it was in my price range. Communication was a highlight. I organised when I could come to see the car and have a test drive. I was assured that I could bring it back if there was an issue within one month but everything is really good, so happy. We have to change some light bulbs, just one of those things. No pushy salesman, very honest, answered all my questions. They were down to earth and it felt a genuine sale.

All good with the car I chose. One of my friends went there so they recommended North West Trade Centre Preston. Adam was a nice guy. I would go back

The Ford Fusion is marvellous; it was practically suitable in terms of being cost effective. Austin who sold the car to me gave me no pressure, left us to it. Within the 5 minutes of the test drive, I knew it was the right car for me.

Overall, the state of the cars and the range was a lot more superior at North West Trade Centre compared to the other places. Waynes’s service was great, he was a lot older than the other guys and was more on my level, so I also liked that. Overall experience was good, but Wayne definitely stood out to me.

no doubt, i got a good deal but just after 20 days of buying this car, the battery died, North- West should need to check at least the battery life before selling the car, otherwise it's no issue.
