I found the dealership through Auto Trader while I was looking at BMWs in general, mainly 3 Series and 4 Series models. When I visited, everything went smoothly and the experience was all good. I can’t remember the salesman’s name, but he was helpful. Overall, I can’t fault the experience and would rate it five stars.

I was looking for a family car, as I recently had a baby. I needed something within budget so I wasn’t paying any monthly payments, so I bought the Audi Q5 cash. I did have a couple of small issues early on, but I took the car back under the warranty, and they were helpful in getting everything sorted, which I appreciated. When I visited the dealership, they were quite busy at the time, so it took a little while to get seen, but I wasn’t in a rush, so it wasn’t a problem. Once I was speaking with them, everyone was really nice. The Audi Q5 has been running well since.

I bought 2 cars from Ponko a Mercedes SLK and a Vauxhall Astra. The experience at the dealership was very good. The team were friendly, efficient, and happy to let me try out different cars. I did return the Mercedes, I dealt with a few different people while I was there, and everyone was helpful. The only issue I’ve had has been with trying to get a tax refund on one of the cars. I’m still waiting for that to be sorted. I’d rate my experience a 4 out of 5.

The Audi 3 has been fine since I got it, I actually found the dealership online. We weren’t originally looking for an Audi A3, but the vehicle we had in mind wasn’t available when we arrived, so we ended up going with this one instead. Sorry not to have answered your 01565 call this afternoon. I was out driving in the car I've just bought from Ponko in Foxton near Cambridge. I'm very happy with the car, the staff at Ponko were very friendly and helpful and I give them the mark of 4 out 5. The reason for the 4 is because I found the whole experience of the test drive, the paperwork, insurance and road tax etc quite overwhelming, but I guess that's more to do with my age. Again, the staff were very nice and the whole procedure took about two and a half hours. It's the first second-hand car I've bought since I bought my last one 15 years or so ago. The process seemed more simple then.

The ford Kuga is great. Kyes service was really good, he was lovely. We did encounter a few issues initially, but this was eventually resolved.

No problems with the Fiat 500, its been all good. Kye was really good, they really helped me out. I just found everyone very helpful, It's was my first time buying a car. they were very helpful and talked me through everything and yeah.
