The BMW is absolutely fine, I’m very pleased with it. There's a few minor issues with it that I have not had the time to raise to the dealership due to personal circumstances. Williams have already provided me with a new parcel shelf as it was missing when I purchased the car. The passenger seat does not go up and down but it does moves forwards and backwards, and the cigarette lighter isn’t working. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the car, the way it's running and everything.

The Citroen C3 is sweet and the staff at Williams were also sweet, friendly and helpful. Can’t see a reason not to give them a 5.

We are very happy with our new DS7, they were very helpful at the dealership and kept us informed as and when. Happy to give a 5 star rating.

Williams Motor Company are a brilliant but I think I am gonna have to contact them with some slight issues, I have no qualms about them sorting them out. They said that the front bumper got sprayed, but I can see little specks of the lacquer peeling off. but they've been absolutely spot on with me. I dealt with quite a few members of staff because I was quite excited to get the focus, so it was ringing up all the time. They were quite patient with me, think I spoke to quite pretty much all of them, they were all absolutely phenomenal with me.

A straightforward enough transaction buying the Discovery Sport. 4.5 out of 5

My new Range Rover Evoque has been great, 'touch wood'. I was looking online when I came across the Evoque. I was open to a variety of cars, to be honest, but found the Evoque at Williams, it was a good buying experience.

The Discovery is perfect, I’ve not got any issues with it. The Williams dealership was great, it wasn’t a big hard sell or anything like that and the staff were quite friendly. The staff were also really honest with us, the car we chose to see literally just came so they explained they haven’t done the checks on them. They done the checks and no real issues came up and they let us know about any little issues that came up.

We bought the Corsa for my son, who is currently doing his driving lessons, so he hasn't done many miles, but as far as I am aware, it has been okay. I thought the service on the day was brilliant. I dealt with 2 different gentlemen who were both very helpful, and I'd use them again in the future.

The Ford Fiesta has been driving well. It was great service at Williams Motor Company, I had no issues whatsoever and would definitely recommend it to others looking to buy a car.

I purchased a Range Rover Evoque from Williams Motor Company, it has been good. There were some scratches on the paintwork when I went to collect the car, which were buffed out when I mentioned them. Although I did have to wait and had travelled down from Durham Other than that, the salesman was helpful. It would be a 3 out of 5 stars.
