Top tier service from these lads. I’m really happy with my Seat Leon, its been spot on. Customer service was top tier. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and no issues at all. What was great was the communication. Someone had applied for finance on the car the week before I got it, but didn’t go ahead. Motor Warehouse Ltd took the time to call and update me about the situation, even though they didn’t have to, they truly went above and beyond. If I ever need another car, I’d definitely go back.

This was my first time visiting, and I had a great experience. The Jaguar is a really nice car. The whole process was straightforward and easy, with no pressure at all. Everything felt relaxed and overall, very happy with both the car and the service. 5 stars!

I’m really happy with my Hyundai i10 — everything is going great so far. It feels like a win-win situation, especially since I haven’t had to reduce fuel use. The whole process went smoothly. The salesperson was just fantastic, really helpful and easy to deal with. I don’t have a single complaint. It was also great that my husband was able to test drive the car beforehand, which helped with the decision.

I did have one issue on the motorway where it suddenly popped out of gear and displayed a "gearbox malfunction" warning. After turning the engine off and back on, it was fine again. This only happened yesterday, so I haven’t had a chance to mention it to the team yet. Customer service has been great throughout, no complaints there. Overall, I’m happy with the experience. 5 stars!

Excellent experience with no issues at all. It was my first time buying from Motor Warehouse, and the car was virtually brand new, absolutely beautiful. The service was excellent. I saw the car online, turned up, and they simply handed me the keys and said, “Have a look around. If you have any questions, just come to me". No pressure, just friendly and professional. Will be recommend others.

It was a very good experience I'll rate them 5. I am made up with my car

Good quality service. I have had an issue with the tyre sensor after I bought the car but that was sorted quickly by the dealership. One issue I had was that the dealership promised to put adblue in, I had an issue after driving to London so had to get that sorted but the dealership were willing to sort out this issue.

Customer service-everyone friendly and happy to go out of their way. Very pleased with how broken air con was dealt with and resolved. Would happily buy another car from the guys .
