When I had a couple of issues, they were very accommodating and helpful. The done all they could, I was obviously unhappy to the have issues at the start, but they resolved them the best they could. Kye took care of me during the sales process and Janie took care of everything after the sale. They could not have done more than they done!

The ford I purchased is great! I chose them mostly because of location however they had really good reviews. I found them friendly and hands on. Generally, just efficient with a good selection. I would rate my experience as 4.8 stars if I could!

My daughter just passed her driving license and we found the VW Polo at Ponko. The polo has been good, and she is pretty happy with the car. Adam was a nice fella, he was really helpful from the beginning to first contacting all the way through to kind of getting the car ready for the sale. There was a few issues when we first went to see the car, and he made sure all of those were corrected and sorted for sorted, when we went back to see it ten days later to actually buy it. As far as the rating goes there are two things that moved it to 4 stars rather than 5. When we went to initially see the car, there was a dent in the passenger side door, boot was dirty and inside of the car was dirty as well. Secondly when we went to view the car in person the price had changed, when we brought it up with them they offered us a discount off the warranty. We have already recommended Ponko to one of our neighbours and will continue to recommend them!

The Qashqai is good, it works a dream. It’s super efficient, I’ve driven it around 300 miles in the past month. The dealership was nice, the whole process was very smooth and It was a really lovely experience. The staff were very helpful and very friendly.
