The ease of test driving the car I thought was nice. The sales team don’t push you which was good in that sense. I do think the 1-month warrantee coverage could be more competitive as a consumer standpoint.

I was initially planning to look at the Toyota Yaris however I saw the Renault Clio which looked like a really good car. I did notice a scratch on one of the wheels before the purchase however that got resolved. They were really good at communicating and understanding as it was my first car.

I liked the SEAT instantly from when I saw it. When I came looking for that model, Ponko had the most variety in stock. On top of that, the prices for the Seats were much cheaper compared to others I looked at. Definitely a good deal. Jack who dealt with us was incredible; I have nothing but praise for him, phenomenal service.

Ponko had the car that we was looking for, the young bloke that was the salesman was a good lad. I shan't be buying a new car anytime soon I am done for a while, but I properly would recommended them to my friends and family, Everything was okay, I'll never give a five so we will give a four!
