There were a few things that needed doing to the Jeep before they gave it to me so I was a bit concerned at first about them holding it. However I am really happy that they did because everything is great with the Jeep and I have had no issues. I went and got it checked once I had it just for a second opinion and to make sure everything had been done correctly. I was pleased to be told everything was fine and that all the parts that had been changed or replaced were genuine Jeep parts. Naz was fab very helpful throughout and dealt with me from start to finish. He had great communication and made the experience of buying a vehicle easy. I would definitely use them again in the future based on my experience.

Overall it has been a very pleasant experience with Essex Prestige. I called up and arranged a time to come in. I later phoned to let them know I might be late and they kindly offered to stay open for me. I ended up arriving on time so they didn’t need to, but it was a nice gesture. I will say they were very busy as the phone kept ringing while we were in the middle of the paperwork. However I have to give them credit for getting everything done really efficiently. They answered any questions I had in detail. Any issues I pointed out were sorted without hesitation. For example, the dipstick was missing so they ordered a new one and had it sent straight to my address. They also negotiated on a price I was happy with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience really. The representative I dealt with was excellent. I’m giving a 4.5 rating only because I’m still waiting for one final thing to be sent to me, but other than that everything else was spot on.

Really happy with everything, especially the car. I’ve had it just over a month now and had no issues. It was a very smooth process with Essex Prestige, no messing around, everything was done quickly and efficiently. I’m still waiting for my V5C, but hopefully that will be coming through soon.

Dawn was great from start to finish an absolute pleasure to deal with, so helpful and kind couldn't have asked for a better service from her. The car itself is beautiful I love it can't fault it or the service at all.

I am really impressed with this dealership for the following reasons. From the start, the team were open and honest. The aircon needed replacing, and instead of trying to rush a sale, they explained that I wouldn’t be able to take the car home until Friday because there wouldn’t be a mechanic available until Tuesday, and then they would need to detail the car, etc. I found this to be much better compared to other dealerships that tend to beat around the bush when it comes to giving clear timelines. When we picked up the car, everything had been done, and the whole process felt much more relaxed. It also gave me confidence as a buyer, receiving full transparency throughout. When we’re ready to upgrade our family vehicle, we will definitely consider coming back to Essex Prestige and would highly recommend them.

Quick turnaround, there wasn't any pressure sales or trying to rush the process, it was all straightforward and relaxed. I am pleased with the car, not had any issues so far. Can't fault my experience, 5 out of 5.

I did have some minor issues with the electrics; however, Essex Prestige got me booked in and sorted everything for me. Regarding the level of service I received at the dealership, it did take a little bit of time, but everything was completed in the end and I am happy with the vehicle. It has had no further issues since.

Car was delivered on time, the wheel did get curbed but they offered to sort this for me. The buying process was really simple, good communication throughout, can't complain.

Everything regarding my new car is fine. I am really pleased with it and have not had any issues. However, I feel there is some room for improvement in a few areas of the buying process. There was a lack of transparency about a few things, which could definitely put people off buying from here, and there was just poor communication. The process to get the car took longer because of this. Everything was sorted in the end, but it could have been avoided with some better organisation.
