It was a really good experience with Nuneaton; I had no issues with them. The guys there were great, clear and precise on what they needed to do before the purchase. Overall, I couldn’t praise them enough!

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I bought an X-Trail on 18th February, which shortly afterwards developed multiple faults, including water ingress, electrical issues, and problems with the immobiliser. I returned the vehicle for repairs; however, the issues did not appear to have been properly resolved despite being advised that the work had been completed. I had to repeatedly follow up to obtain updates and arrange further repairs, as I depend on a vehicle for daily use. The courtesy car provided raised additional concerns. During my use, I observed dashboard warning lights (including engine management and tyre pressure), low washer fluid, minimal fuel, and debris inside the vehicle, including broken glass in the rear and used ear buds. In my view, this did not meet reasonable standards for a replacement vehicle. After a second attempt at repairs, I was again advised that the issues had been addressed, but was also informed that the vehicle would need to be retained for an additional week. At this stage, I chose to reject the vehicle. Following this, there was a delay in resolving the finance agreement, which left me without a car for a period of time. I was also concerned to see the vehicle made available for sale again before my case had been fully concluded. Overall, I found the experience time-consuming and unsatisfactory. I believe there are clear areas for improvement in vehicle preparation, quality of repairs, and communication with customers.

My new Range Rover Evoque has been brilliant. I would absolutely recommend Nuneaton to others. The only criticism was the V5 taking a while to come, but other than that, everything was good.

I had in mind what I wanted and Nuneaton Car Sales had the Range Rover I was after. Ivan was the sales guy who we dealt with and we felt he was really attentive. I don't give out 5* easily so it would definitely be a 4!

We needed more seats for picking the grandkids up, so we went for the Audi A3. The wife loves it and we’ve been getting on with it really well. Everything at the dealership was all good. It took a bit of a while for the log book to come through, but apart from that everything was fine.

We dealt with Adam at Nuneaton Car Sales and he kept confirming everything with us when purchasing the Range Rover. I would consider going back to them if I ever needed another car.

They were all really helpful, efficient and friendly. I chose Nuneaton to buy from as they were local to me and the Ford Puma which I saw was a good price.
