It was the extra support that Ponko gave me that was really helpful, especially because of my knowledge being very limited on cars. We have gone back since with friends and overall has been a good experience.

I love the fact that Ponko doesn’t come across to you suited and booted, they speak to you in a language that you understand. The service is very honest and genuine; there’s no attempt to try sell something. There was a bit of a delay as the finance didn’t go through the first time, but Adam kept in contact with me the WHOLE time. I’ve used Ponko numerous times and would recommend to anyone. Id also give a shoutout to the guy in the front of house, he supplied us with coffee and hot chocolate, he was amazing!
