They made the whole process very quick, easy and stress free and answered all of my questions. Up to now I have had no issues with the car at all and I have had it for 6 months. Absolutely delighted to have received daughter's first car today. All the way throughout the process we have been treated as if buying a brand new car. When purchasing a second hand car, you are always concerned about its history but all questions were honestly answered (and verified with the logbook) and any possible concerns alleviated through what has been a thorough purchase and handover. There was no pressure for a sale at any time and the decision was completely ours to make. I had communicated with Jay prior to our visit having seen the car on auto trader - he was professional from start to end, as well as very reassuring and quick to give responses to questions even when we were away from the dealership. He helped in every possible way to make our process smooth and as quick as we needed. Thank you Jay! We had the car delivered and again, this was thorough and smooth. Tucked at the end of an industrial estate is this gem of a garage. Lots of fab cars for sale. It was quite busy when we arrived so I got given the keys for an E-Pace that I came to look at, then told to go and test drive, which I did. No pressure to buy. Car was ready to pick up couple of days later, really good service and friendly. Good after sale service as well. Would totally recommend and definitely go back for a car in the future.
