Went to collect my new car. Joe assisted me with the purchase of my car. He was very patient & understanding, and explained all about the car services and aftercare.
I felt very relaxed and comfortable In Henry's the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Like most people, I am very wary of car salesmen. However, after going to Henry's I changed my mind. The service is excellent, the showroom is spotless, and Joe Bloe is the best salesman I have ever come across. Between Joe and Ryan I couldn't have been treated better.

My wife sadly missed her Suzuki Vitara she had for two years. So after looking on the internet we contacted Henry's Suzuki Glasgow. A 71 plate Vitara with allgrip had just come in which we require living in the country. Mark Torrance handled the deal including a good price on the trade in. The vehicle was beautifully prepared and Mark's product knowledge and friendly attitude was outstanding in today's world. After being shown everything on the vehicle we headed home. If you want a Suzuki contact Henry's and ask for Mark you won't be disappointed

We arrived at the garage without appointment on a bitter cold morning when we spotted a car we were interested in .
The car was instantly defrosted for us and made ready for a test drive. Joe Bow the salesperson was exceptionally patient and understood my lack of confidence having not driven for a while. We were taken to some very quiet back streets and Joe was very patient demonstrating the particular features we were interested in due to the terrain where we live. Nothing was too much trouble and it was all done with friendly banter. The garage management ,we feel has also been very fair with us in responding to requests in relation to slight paint touch up and specific tyres. We feel very reassured by their service in respect of the used car purchase and the full year warranty included and would highly recommend them based on our experience.
Customer service is exactly that at Henry Suzuki Glasgow!

Took my wifes one year old Suziki in for a service
afterwards noticed a mudflap had come loose.
They took it back and fixed it next working day, free. Thats pretty amazing nowadays.
And they washed and cleaned it.
Thats how to win and keep loyal customers
