Five Stars!

Good customer service. The guy I dealt with was an older guy, but he was very chill and relaxed which made the experience a lot smoother. Buying experience and the car itself were also good!

I was looking around for a while and found the Kuga from Nuneaton. It was quick and easy; Jak was really good. Provided me with everything I needed.

All good with the Rav4. The Mrs needed a car, we looked into a Rav4 and seen this one on Autotrader, she liked the colour and it had low mileage so we took a drive to Nuneaton Car Sales. Everyone was very friendly, we arrived as everyone else was leaving, but they were good to us, didn’t rush us at all. Conor who dealt with us was real good, both me and the Mrs were on the phone driving home saying how good he was! I usually buy private cars, this was the first time using a dealer and I’d definitely give them a five star!

We chose a lovely Peugeot for the wife. The value was good & found the price competitive, they are friendly and nice at Nuneaton Car Sales plus they are down the road. There is no forecourt as the cars are round the back, it’s a large warehouse of cars which wasn’t a problem. I gave a 4 star as I never give 100% as there is always room for improvement. Salesman was great, manager was friendly and really accommodating. All round it was absolutely fine.

All good, pleased with the car, please with how the whole sale. The dealership was a bit far to travel to. Lewis was fine, very pleasant to deal with.

I got my previous car from them, so went back to Nuneaton Car Sales again. I had some finance arranged elsewhere and found the communication from the dealership could have been quicker so gave four stars. I called Ivan and explained and he was quite helpful. However, they were friendly, helpful and kept me in loop with updates. I picked it up same day.

I’m really happy with my Range Rover Evoque, and it has been absolutely fine. I chose it mainly because I liked the look of it, which was the main thing for me. We originally went looking at BMWs, but when we got there, I preferred the look of the Evoque instead. My husband found the car online, I think, just through Google. When we visited the dealership, they were really good and very helpful throughout. After getting the car, there was an issue with one of the indicator lights, but I took it back and they sorted it out really quickly, which I really appreciated. I believe Adam was the one who sold me the car, and he was great to deal with. I can’t quite remember the name of the person I dealt with when I went back. They have a great level of stock and plenty of different cars to choose from.

My experience was all brilliant. There were a few people I dealt with from Nuneaton, I believe it was Jak, Adam, Shaq from finance. They were they were all really good. They all worked together as a team. They were really helpful. They were patient. They, communicated really well, and always got in touch with me.

Christian, the person who served me, was super friendly and approachable. My BMW 2 series is running smoothly with no mechanical issues or electrical issues. The only thing was a few of the staff left, which caused a slight delay in getting the car, but overall I'd give it a solid four stars.
