I had a great experience at Essex Prestige! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They answered all my questions, offered a fair deal. I love my new car and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free buying experience!

Spot on experience, couldn't fault it at all and the pickup has been absolutely brilliant. The staff were alright - let me look around it, did my own thing and had a laugh in the process. It was dead easy to be honest.

The car had an issue with the armrest so I took it to a local garage to get fixed, and Essex Prestige reimbursed me which was appreciated. It was an online sale - the process was pretty straight forward and the car was cleaned in and out when it was delivered.

It was a good experience and I'm in the process of buying a van from them too. The car is lovely but it's been in an accident so it's out of action currently. I tried to complete the purchase online and it didn't work - I called and Dylan talked me through the whole process, which was pretty quick. 5 star review.

Avoid this company. We leased a car from them and it’s been a nightmare since day one. The vehicle was delivered with: • NO charging cable (for a fully electric car!) • A snapped rear wheel •A missing wheel nut • A ripped rear seat belt • Worn-out rear brake pads that screech every time you brake • Old wipers so loud you can hear them from a distance When we reported all this, they simply didn’t care. They were friendly and helpful right up until the deal was signed. Save yourself a stress.

The car has been fine so far but the engine light has come on so I'll call them about it shortly. The staff were nice and friendly, they sorted me out on the day.

I'm going back there next week to get a small issue looked at, but they have been great so far. Dylan I dealt with was really good - top service.

My experience buying the car was pretty straight forward. I am experiencing some issues though - when I got home there was a crack that was getting worse and there has been a lot of back and forth trying to get it sorted out. The sales staff were nice, and they helped sort most of the issues there and then. I love the car and I think it's great, I'm just marking them down because of the issues I'm experiencing.
