Shout out to Alfie!!! His customer service was amazing, I could not fault him what so ever, always on hand to answer any questions, day or night and very thorough in everything he did. I decided on a Range Rover Sport and totally over the moon with it. I highly recommend and there is no doubt at all that I will shop here again in the future.

Thank you to the guys at Basildon branch at Reynolds... I went to the Southend branch at first, but the car just wasn't right. I then went to the Basildon branch and everything was perfect, they got it all sorted within a day, including the finance. Due to the cars mileage I asked if the timing belt could be changed so they put it in with Mercedes but Mercedes confirmed it did not need doing, I agreed I was happy with that and the deal was done. I was happy with who I dealt with and how they conducted the sale.

Went down to Reynolds to buy a little Polo its a great little car but I don't get to drive it much at all... the Mrs is constantly in it, she absolutely loves it! I did the majority of the communicating with the garage and they were perfect, straight talking and easy to chat with. I recommend Reynolds highly!

I am enjoying my car alot, its the perfect car and the perfect dealership. The sales team were very helpful and friendly and they helped me out with the documents and helped me with the finance too. They explain everything to me well. I went to the site to pick up the car and it looked great they had polished and cleaned the car very well. I cannot say a bad word and very happy to tell friends about this dealership.

Great service from Reynolds motors. Felt confident buying from them with the constant updates and details all explained.
