I went to Ponko previously in the year and got a black A3 saloon. Unfortunately, the car was written off. I went back to Ponko in January and got another A3, but this time a blue hatchback Quattro. Nothing in particular stood out at the dealership, it was straightforward. I asked Jack for some extra things to be added to the paperwork, which he did straight away, which I was pleased with. If I were to buy a car again in the future, I would most likely go back to Ponko.

4 the only thing that lowered it was that an engine light came on less then 24hrs later and it needed a new sensor

My experience with the dealership was good. The spec of the car caught my eye with only one owner and full service history. My only issue is I haven’t received the vehicle log book so I need to call them to chase it up. Adam was great and easy to deal with, even during the test drive he showed us all the features with the car.

The Mercedes A-Class is a definite upgrade to what I had previously, which was an old Vauxhall Corsa. I believe it was Adam I spoke to on the day, and he made the process simple and easy, there was no difficulty, and compared to some of the other dealerships I had been to. I would 100% recommend Ponko to others.
