I brought a 2006 jeep grand Cherokee limited from this garage, the owner was polite and very knowledgeable about the vehicles he had. He did all the work on the jeep that he said he was before I picked up the vehicle. The transaction was very quick and easy. The jeep is brilliant, so glad I now own it.

Berkshire Jeeps & Jags were good to deal with. We have had an issue with the charging light and engine management light but we didn’t make a fuss being a 2009 Jeep. The only other thing was a delay with the v5, so I had to wait to get a plate made for my trailer. Having had Jeeps for 14 years to use as a toe car for racing, when I needed to replace it I found Berkshire by fluke online, this one was the age and model I was after, with good mileage and sound underneath, so it was worth the trip to view it. In general I’m happy, we took it for a test drive, we picked up a couple things which he sorted, overall it was a good experience!

On viewing the Jeep, the car had not been cleaned on the outside. The car was purchased in good faith that all issues would be sorted. Car was collected in rain and drivers door had grease all down the side. Noises on road test, were and are still present. Radio has multiple issues and still isn’t fixed yet. Car had a fuel smell after only an hour of driving. This was sorted after they picked the vehicle from my house. All in all not the greatest start. The car is a good car other than that. But still waiting to some of the repairs to happen after almost 3 months.

I had a Maserati before and we like to go camping, when you show it the grass it didn't like it, so I needed a 4 wheel drive! Most of things that came up were Ranger Rovers or BMW's which I didn’t want, but then I saw the Jeeps offered from Berkshire Jeeps who specialized in them, I thought it was handy and I quite like that. I also found the guy Jason who helped me easy to talk too, I found the whole experience good and I couldn’t fault it!

My experience has been great, I am still waiting for my entertainment system to be sorted. I am quite happy with the Jeep Grand Cherokee and the customer service.

Good experience so far, I’m loving it! I saw the car on Autotrader and they had good reviews. Seems like a nice family run business and your always chatting to the same people. Really helpful staff.

I love my jaguar it’s great, exactly as described. The customer service is absolutely superb and the condition of the vehicle was better than expected! The only slight issue was the V5 took 6 weeks to come from the DVLA which delayed me putting my private plate on the car, but my mechanic has just done that for me. I cannot recommend Berkshire Jeeps & Jags highly enough.

Didn't get boot trim I was promised otherwise great

We’re now a two-car family thanks to the dogs. We decided to upsize and swapped our Jeep Cherokee for a Grand Cherokee to give them more room in the boot. One of our retrievers is really sensitive and took an immediate dislike to the boot beeping when it opened and closed. We managed to get him in once, but he’s never been back in since. My wife and I decided to buy another Cherokee to try and coax him back in. It’s taking a bit of time to get him settled again, but he’ll come around eventually. The chap at the dealership drove the car down to us free of charge and I gave him a lift back to the train station. His service was excellent, the car was great value and he really couldn’t have done much more for us. I hope he reads this feedback, as I believe in giving credit where credit’s due.

I’ve been shopping around for work vehicles for a while now, and I tell you what — I wish the commercial dealerships I’ve been dealing with were half as good as Berkshire Jeeps and Jags. Jason was absolutely top, top, top! He was very helpful, informative and did exactly what he said he was going to do, exactly when he said he’d do it. The Jeeps absolutely perfect and runs beautifully. I’m very happy and will definitely be back for another car in the future.
