As good as it gets

I recently made a purchase and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The sales team were professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They took my vehicle in as part exchange and I am extremely happy with my new car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a stress free experience

All good with the Mercedes-Benz EQA I bought from Essex Prestige no problems so far my experience at the dealership was very good, quick and efficient. I think it was Naz I dealt with he was very nice and friendly I’d recommend them to my friends or family

No complaints with the car. Essex Prestige had the car I wanted. I couldn’t fault them. A young lad dealt with me. Not pushy. I traded my car in and it was a quick and easy process. They had lot of nice cars, it just felt right to buy from them.

I’m enjoying the Audi I got from Essex Prestige. It was a good competitive price for the mileage. I saw it Auto trader and was abit far from me but I went down as I knew what I wanted. The staff were spot on, picked me up from the train station and I drove back the same day. Straight forward, there were no stumbling blocks.

Saw it on Autotrader so went to them to see it. There were a couple of issues with the car when I first looked at it but they got them sorted and a week later I collected. It would have been quicker process if these had been dealt with beforehand but the staff were good and helpful.

I’m impressed with them. Quick on email, they dealt with me well and it was all done and dusted. I would recommend them. The sales person, who I can't remember her name, helped make the whole experience easy. Essex Prestige are far better and more competent than another dealer i've been talking to. I saw it online, went in, test drove it, went back, told them not to bother valeting it and washing it. I'm taking it.

We had originally chosen to go for another car elsewhere but couldn’t work the numbers so went to Essex Prestige. Their reviews were good. They had a brilliant set up, second to none they way they were dealing with customers. If they had the right car I’d go back to them.
