Really pleased with the Ford Fiesta from Fort Used Car Centre. The car has been great overall and I’m very happy with it. Adrian was lovely to deal with and very helpful throughout the whole process. I actually found the car by chance while passing by the dealership, and because I knew someone who’d bought a car from them before, I decided to call in as I was specifically looking for a Fiesta. I’ve already recommended Fort Used Car Centre and Adrian to a couple of people looking for cars.

Overall, a good experience with Fort Used Car Centre when buying the Vauxhall Mokka. The car has been good so far, although one of the tyre sensors has gone, which they’re helping me sort out. On the sales side, Chris was spot on and there were no problems at all. I’ve also been dealing with Nick regarding the servicing and repairs side of things. Sometimes it could take a couple of days for them to come back to you, but they always do get back to you, so I’ve got no real issues there.

They had the car I was looking for, which was the Ford Kuga. The experience as a whole was fine. The salesman was helpful, and so was the dealership after the purchase, and they are helping me resolve a warning light which is under warranty.

The Land Rover Discovery has been okay, with a few minor issues which I have contacted them about and have booked me in for and are going to resolve, so overall a good experience.

Chris at Fort Used Car Centre was bang on, the whole buying process was perfect. She loves the car and has been enjoying it. I'm looking to come down and buy a car for myself as well soon.

Came across Fort Used Car Centre whilst looking online for a Skoda Octavia, which I was looking for a while. I didn't go to the dealership, the car was delivered to me, and it was all as described. Initially I did have a few issues I sorted myself, but now that's done, the car has been running well.
