It has to be a 5. I went to Hearsall with a specific car in mind, there was no hard sell, no pushy salesmen, they allowed me the room to make my own decision. They secured the finance and kept me updated throughout, the car is amazing and the price was well within my budget. My partner was so impressed with the service we went back the following weekend and traded her car in and purchased another vehicle from hearsall... again with the same level of service... I would highly recommend

I'd give it a 4 overall, communication was okay some could say it come across as rude on a couple of phone calls but seeing he was short staffed on the day I collected the car I'd assume it was due no other reasons than frustration. The car itself was not valeted and I noticed a slow puncture on a tyre but I'm a mechanic I fixed it no problem, the car had unexpected CarPlay fitted so that evened it out somewhat. Accommodated me coming on the day and had me out of the showroom quickly which was good. Overall not good not bad experience I'm just happy I got a good deal on the car I wanted which is all I care about.

5, Jim was lovely and helpful thought out the whole experience and they were quick with sorting the cars MOT that was due

The customer service was absolutely fine, Hopefully I don’t have to return to them again in the future! but I would return again 😊 just everything was fine. Five stars if it works it works.

My finance company recommended Hearsall to me and said it would be the easiest to deal with and everything has been going fine so far with the Audi, the customer service and everything was easy everyone was really nice. I took it on a test drive and that was honestly amazing to be honest it was easy going and everything went smooth. Five stars defiantly.

Taylor was really nice and friendly to me when I was buying the car, it was a good price too on the Ford, it was a overall smooth purchase. I didn’t have my new V5 yet and they sorted it out for me and just told me to bring it back when its ready. Four stars just because the car was not ready on the day but overall, I would buy again 😊

It was absolutely sound, no problems whatsoever the car is fine. when I looked online Hearsall have a lot of wide variety of motors and I’ve been down a couple of times. They seem to have every single car there ahah I like the selection of cars for when I just wanted to have a look and didn’t know what I wanted, Sound five stars give it the best.

My experience was okay, it is what it is. I called in and signed all paperwork and then moved it to where I can get it from. There was one gentleman to serve everyone, so it was okay, he was busy when I first got there on a phone call. But these things happen don’t they. The Peugeot is running fine still at the moment no problems with it whatsoever and let’s hope I don’t have any! three stars just because he was on the phone when I got there.
