The Ford Transit has been great. We’ve had a small issue with it as a coolant hose has been rubbing on a bolt and has burst. We have a friend who takes care of the vans for us so he got it sorted as it would have been a hassle to get the van to Herts and Essex. Other than that, Transit has been absolutely fine, and the Herts and Essex dealership was great!

I found the BMW 4 Series on Autotrader. I’ve had one before and really liked it, so I went for another one.

Everything is spot on! I went with a third-party broker, and they sent me the advert for it. I initially spoke with Charles however he was not in when I went to collect the car on the Sunday. The BMW 1 series was fully valeted for me when I came to collect it.

When we bought the car, there was a part that was damaged during the MOT and Hearts, and Essex replaced the part on the day. I was looking for something newer as my car was getting on a bit, and I saw the 1 series listed by Herts and Essex, and it was a really good spec.

The whole process at Herts and Essex was pretty straightforward. The car could have been prepared a bit better. However, it was as advertised, which was nice.

All good so far, no issues with my BMW 430I. I did have to wait for about 4 hours when I was collecting the cars they were carrying out a small repair for me. I was looking at the online reviews and saw that Herts and Essex had positive reviews, and decided, why not?

The Mercedes GLC is good, the only thing I noticed is that when you put the car in reverse, the car doesn’t move when you release the brake. Everything went perfectly during the sale. I have already recommended Herts and Essex to my friends.

Charles was absolutely fantastic, he was very reassuring. He wasn’t pushy at all, unlike the previous garage I went to. Unfortunately, I’ve been chasing the warranty company for 5 weeks to confirm payments for a repair, the car is drivable as they have deleted the code. I ended up finding the A Class on Autotrader and went down to Herts and Essex to have a look at it, I booked an appointment, and they were very accommodating.
