David was really good, polite and communicated well with us, he shared loads of info with us before we got there as we live quite far away. He sent us a walk round video of the car, sent pictures and sent evidence of all the service history and stuff. They were very flexible, we even collected the car on the weekend and he took the car to his home address so we were able to collect it. The Audi is absolutely amazing!

Really helpful, honest, knowledgeable bloke. We had a small issue with the battery on the car run flat the day after purchase. He answered our calls straight away, took the car back ran diagnostics and organised a battery health check at local garage, all free of charge.

I like Mercedes but I never had a CLA before, I just sort of came across it on Autotrader. David was great to be fair, he is a nice guy. There was a bit of a delay when collecting the car, but it was immaculate, he even brushed it before he gave it to me.

Horizon Prestige have been absolutely brilliant! Dave has dealt with me really well, he is really good. The VW Scirocco is beautiful I’m loving it! In terms of the dealership and in terms of the car, like, I have no problems, issues at all. I’ve had some issues with a third party broker however once I got them out of way and I was dealing with the dealership themselves, I have not everything was perfect from my point of view.
