My particular experience with Ian was with my Mum as she was in the market for an automatic SUV. Ian was selling an automatic Ford Ecosport at a competitive price and was exactly as advertised and described. A high quality car and service. Ian was very honest, open and helpful about all things to do with the vehicle; he clearly takes pride in selling quality cars to customers. Ian even went the extra mile for us when the tax website was down by driving to a post office in another town to help sort the tax for the car - you don't get that kind of service with anyone else! What a pleasure to buy a car as advertised and from a Gentleman who I can only say cares down to every detail. My 2012 Audi TT looks like it came out of a Time Machine it was that immaculately presented. Drove it 3 hours home and everything worked as it was intended. Will definitely deal again in the future.

Ian is a true gentleman, from start to finish, the sale went so smoothly. I spotted my Honda CRV on the internet & was very impressed with the professional description on the car. I called Ian & he described the car done to a tee, there was no beefing the car up, just an honest description of the vehicle. I made the bold move & paid a holding deposit. Because of my work, I couldn’t view the vehicle until 5 days later, Ian was true to his word & held the car for me to inspect. I traveled up north on the train, Ian met me at the train station & he drove us to his house. The car looked fantastic as described. After a nice long test drive & inspection of the paperwork, we shook hands & the deal was made. The car was exactly as described in the advert & on the telephone. Ian had already put fuel in the car for my journey home. Ian is not like your average car sales person, he treats you with much respect & honesty.
