I was interested in purchasing a van and, as part of my due diligence, I reasonably requested to see the service history documents for the vehicle, as well as the documentation relating to the freezer unit. These are standard and necessary requests for any prospective buyer, particularly for a commercial vehicle. In response, Neil behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner and referred to me as a “time waster.” This accusation is entirely unjustified. To demonstrate my genuine interest, I arranged for a qualified mechanic to inspect the van today at my own expense. This clearly shows that I am a serious buyer and not wasting anyone’s time. Being insulted for requesting basic documentation has left me extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided. I believe this conduct reflects poorly on your company and falls well below acceptable professional standards. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and a response explaining how this situation will be addressed. At the very least, I expect respectful communication and transparency when dealing with potential customers.

I would just like to review to you all what it is purchasing a used van and what is this guy up to. I went to his premises to buy a van pay a deposit so could get the AA to inspect the van before us handing Neil the full ammount and if there were any issue we were told they were going to be sorted with his warranty also the van needed an Mot that Neil did a few days after. to our surprise the enginner from AA refuses to test dive the vehicle stating in the review (but somehow it has just passed the MOT) ''Essential & advisable repairs required - not suitable for purchase unless all essential repairs are undertaken and advisable repairs, if any, are planned and budgeted for. '' Heavy oil leak were found, both sides of steering rack leaking, nearside driveshaft oil seal leaking, excessive oil misting on turbo intake pipe(need new turbo) (that's to name the major ones) of course after the report we went to Neil asking him look we are happy to purchase unfortunately this issue have to be fix under the warranty His answer: ''i don't see any problem with it, there is no problem it pass the Mot Withouth a single problem no oil leak'' and wouldn't acknowledge any of the problems or issues. if you are still happy to purchase stuff from this guy with his dodgy Mot GOOD LUCK ON PASSING YOUR NEXT MOT

Phoned J & S Commercial Van Sales up well in advance to come to view and buy a specific vehicle. Took a day off work and drove for three hours from Wales only to find that they had sold the van no more than half an hour before I had arranged to arrive, to somebody who had just showed up at the gate. They didn't even bother to call me to let me know before I arrived, and was not even given an apology. "Just sold it mate, surprised you didnt see it on your way past".

If you had reserved the vehicle the vehicle would have been took off sale with a small holding deposit unfortunately you did not do this so the vehicle stayed on sale so members of the public could still by the vehicle
Drove all the way over from East Yorkshire to look at a van. was a pile of junk and nobody came to greet me and offer me any help whatsoever. drove off completely dissatisfied went somewhere else who were better mannered

Sorry to here this we have 5 staff on the forecourt 7 days a week should have problems and seeing or talking to a member of staff all vans ready to the high standards and have hundreds of happy customers owner mr scott
