My VW Scirocco went into Medlicott Motors for a service and MOT at short notice, as it was overdue. James got me booked in first thing on the Monday, which I really appreciated.The car also needed a rear axle replacement, wheel alignment, and two new rear tyres. James kept me updated throughout the entire process, called me to explain what was wrong, and gave me clear options and pricing before any work was carried out.He was excellent from start to finish, and since getting the car back, it genuinely feels like driving a new car. I’ll be taking my car back to Medlicott for any future work and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Trustworthy and fairly priced garages are hard to find these days, but this is definitely one of them. The work was completed quickly and professionally.I couldn’t give anything other than full marks — 5 out of  5.

Skoda is spot on. Got it all sorted and its great, can’t complain. Communication was great and they were constantly in contact which was noticeable.

I was really happy with all the work James did. I use medlicott as my go to garage as they get me in quicker than anywhere else and are also local haha! The staff are always nice and complete work to a high standard. I recently just got a new car just after getting the MOT and service done on my old one. Everything went fine with the work that was done and I feel happy to take my new car there if I ever need to.

They were very helpful. Explained everything to me. Showed me the faulty part. Kept me informed. Facilitated the RAC, who had put the wrong battery on. They were amazing 👏🤩 4 only due to the fact, they're so busy , makes it hard to get in. 😊
