Cars going good. Only issue so far was I had to fix a problem with the drivers side window, but other than that the cars been sound. I originally saw them on Autotrader then enquired about the car, asked a few questions then we spoke over WhatsApp about a day we would be able to go. The presentation of the car was good and the salesperson Lee was great, he answered any the questions. Very good.

Experience was good, everyone was polite and helpful and it was a smooth handover. Harrison sent me video of the car, and kept my updated throughout. I’ve not had any details to do with the warranty yet so will chase it. I would recommend Nucar to others

Cars good, no problems. I went to Nucar as they had a clean example and best price from what I could find. Good experience on the day. We got there close to closing but they helped us out and we had a test drive. It was a nice clean place and the salesman was a very nice guy. Paperwork was easy, everything went quick. It was a smooth experience.

When I bought the car it was ok. Due to distance I arrange it over the phone and I had the car delivered to me. But when I had a problem with the car, the dealership wasn’t communicating with me very well. Their response was poor, I had to chase it up but the car is fixed now under the warranty, I’m happy.

All done over whatsapp and emails. Communication was good, very simple. I had the car delivered as described but didn’t have the start I was hoping to have. Couple of issues, nothing really they could have foreseen but the dealership agreed to have windscreen resealed but its getting replaced instead, they are happy to pay for it and have been good in covering costs.
