would be nice if we got a bit more warranty with they purchase other than that they were extremely nice and easy to deal with

Experience was good. Customer service was good. We had a problem and they were out within a day, took it off and fixed it. We were dubious because of some reviews, but they've been really good. The salesperson was good. He came in on his day off to sell the van. I asked for a document and it was emailed to me very quickly. I would return in the future.

Cars going well. They just had the car we wanted. Denis was proper top. I wasn’t sure about the car and was going to pay for an AA check. They are an AA approved garage so they have to sell it to a certain standard but he gave me the comfort to do it if I wanted to and not put me off. It came back ok. Took a week to collect and was a quick handover. I would go back in the future

They were very good indeed. Saw them online and went to see the car. I’d looked at a few other cars elsewhere and the salesmen were very pushy even before I sat in the car whereas Denis was extremely helpful. No sales pressure tactics, easy to talk to, plenty of time and knowledgeable.

My sister actually bought a Fiat from Red Lion Motors, so when I passed my test I decided to have a look at the same place she got hers. I'm really glad I did. Dennis was so nice, and nothing was too much trouble for him. He made the whole experience really positive, and we've been really happy to have our cars from them. My sister recommended them to me first, and after my own experience I'd 100% recommend them as well.

I found the BMW X1 on the Red Lion Motors website and Dennis was great to deal with. I usually hate going to look at cars because I often feel like you're being pushed into buying something, but that wasn't the case here at all. He wasn't pushy and just let us look around the car at our own pace. I took my mum's partner with me because I'm not very good with cars, and Dennis let us take it for a spin without any pressure. We noticed a slight issue with the tyre or brakes, and as soon as we mentioned it, Dennis said it would be sorted straight away. I was able to collect the car a couple of days later after it had been done. The whole experience was relaxed. I never felt pressured. I'd definitely recommend Red Lion Motors.

Purchased a Kawasaki from Red Lion Motors and I've had no particular issues so far. The bike has been fine and I've had no problems with it. I dealt with Dennis, although everything was done through WhatsApp rather than speaking directly. The communication was no problem at all, and the whole process worked well for me. I picked up on something that needed dealing with after the purchase, and they sorted it out, so I can't fault them in that sense
